Farm: “La Encañada”

Here we find our producer friend Dionicio Aguilar who comes from a family tradition dedicated to coffee for over two decades.

“La Encañada” is a farm whose name is born due to the Tonchima River that over the years have penetrated a big mountain surrounded by protected forests. And just there we find an awesome farm located in the high mountains of the Peruvian Amazonia Jungle in the department of San Martin. This farm develops good practices of cultivation with organic compost over 1,400 masl.

Variety: Typica, Caturra.

Aroma: Floral and hints of Honey.

Flavor: Dark Chocolate and Light Hints of Cacao.

Body: Creamy.

Acidity: Medium.
