When we buy the micro batches of selected coffee direct from the farms and then they get to our Coffee Roaster, we start developing science and art in the bean in our laboratory through a process specialized in roasting with excellence standards and a sensorial test based on cupping. This cupping let us know all their organoleptic properties, that is, body, acidity, flavor and other key elements that bring about coffee of high quality.

Likewise we make sure that our coffee origins handle good practices in crops with organic fertilizers.
